I’m here to help you.. motivate your adult learners through games and friendly competition.

Are you looking to motivate your adult and university English learners to excel in their English language journey? This ESL lesson plan shows students that improving English skills can boost Personal Development and Growth by asking students to do an AI search on one of four discussion questions and then present their findings to the class. https://www.businessenglishallure.com/esl-personal-growth/
The biggest challenge a Business English teacher faces today is how to motivate and engage modern learners. Whether you’re teaching Gen Z university students or young professionals, the digital world has changed the way they process information.
Here’s my story of how I turned my most difficult, ‘unreachable’ class into an engaged community through scaffolded games and friendly competition. https://www.businessenglishallure.com/how-to-engage-millennials-in-eslefl-class/

I’m here to help you.. organize your business and save time.

If you’re an English teacher, you’re going to want to organize your ESL lessons so you can reuse them. I’m going to show you my system, where I put all my lessons into an Excel table with a link back to the file location.
I classify each lesson by subject, skills practiced, type of document, and CEFL level. This way if I need a lesson on “writing a CV”, for example, I just use the ‘Find’ tool in Excel and search the whole table quickly by clicking “find next”. https://www.businessenglishallure.com/organize-your-esl-lessons-and-reuse-them-with-excel/
I’m here to help you.. modernize your approach and feel like a high-value professional.
What’s the difference between language teaching and language coaching? A trainer transfers knowledge and skills to learners. It’s as if the learner were a passive passenger in her language acquisition journey. A coach puts the learner directly in the driver’s seat by pushing her to accept responsibility for learning.
A language coach trusts and believes that the learner does have ideas and solutions to the obstacles and stress facing her. She just needs some help in changing her mindset about language acquisition. That’s how Language Coach Gabriella Kovacs explained it in a recent interview.https://www.businessenglishallure.com/whats-language-coaching-is-it-for-me/

Have you shown courage and taken risks to adapt to online teaching or to modernize your existing online methods of teaching? Are you keeping up with the times and the changes to EFL today?
Admittedly, being semi-retired and out of the classroom had left me feeling sidelined and unqualified to call myself an EFL expert. I needed to catch up with the times too. I wanted to be “digitally literate”.
When I felt that I didn’t have the expertise necessary to write about the changes to EFL today, I sought out experts. https://www.businessenglishallure.com/changes-to-efl-esl-today-are-you-keeping-up-with-the-times/
